RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-days return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do NOT accept garments that have been used, washed, have stains, bad odors, perfume or have animal hair. If we do not approve your return, we will contact you by e-mail.

Bodssy has the rights to deny any garments/s that aren't returned in their original condition or smelling of body odour/perfume and it will be returned to the customer.

TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, DO THE FOLLOWING:

Click on "Submit a return request" below or log in to your account.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account:
    a. Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    c. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order you wish to return.
3. If your order contains multiple items, select the ones you want to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

For returns, a return shipping fee (see below) will be deducted from your order total during the refund process. Exchanges are free of charge.

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE: 

Place a new order on the desired item and return the item you want to exchange. Select 'exchange' as the return reason on the return form.

Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Exchanges are only valid for size changes, not for different items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@bodssy.com.

Unredeemed packages

For packages that are not redeemed by the Customer within the specified waiting time, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping fee and an administration fee of 350 SEK. This also applies if Bodssy has sent the product to the customer "free of charge".
